RESPONSIBILITIES +

What You’ll Lead:

  • Influencer, Talent & Brand Partnerships
  • Own and grow influencer, affiliate, and brand collaborations, driving measurable ROI.
  • Build and manage relationships with creators, stylists, talent managers, and publicists.
  • Lead VIP gifting, product seeding, and campaign activations with clear deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and digital teams to ensure content aligns with brand and campaigns. PR & Media Strategy
  • Pitch seasonal collections to fashion media, stylists, and editors to secure earned coverage.
  • Manage sample trafficking, showroom requests, and stylist relationships.
  • Track press wins and report on PR performance to guide future campaigns. Sales Support & Wholesale Operations
  • Partner with sales agents across Australia and the US to support seasonal sell-ins.
  • Prepare wholesale tools: JOOR setup, line sheets, pricing, swatches, and campaign assets.
  • Track bestsellers, reorders, and in-season performance to support recuts and commercial decisions.
  • Maintain proactive communication with stockists and sales agencies.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in fashion PR, influencer marketing, or sales support.
  • Strong network across fashion media, stylists, influencers, and showroom partners.
  • Commercially minded with a focus on driving both revenue and brand impact.
  • Organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders.
