RESPONSIBILITIES +

As the Buyer, you will own the full end-to-end buying process, ensuring each collection is curated with precision, informed by market insight, and aligned to global performance goals. You will:

  • Build compelling ranges in collaboration with Design and Merchandising
  • Provide ongoing analysis and performance insights to influence creative direction
  • Conduct international market and trend research to identify opportunity and regional nuance
  • Align product strategy with business performance, global retail objectives, and market intelligence
  • Identify new product lines or categories that enhance the existing assortment
  • Manage OTB for selected categories across international retail and digital channels
  • Partner with Retail Planning on stock flow, replenishment, and store allocations
  • Optimise sales and stock across retail boutiques and global e-commerce
  • Deliver weekly forecasting and re-order recommendations aligned to trends and in-season performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, Wholesale, Marketing, Production, Logistics, Digital, and VM
  • Review seasonal collection performance to shape future buying strategies

REQUIREMENTS +

We’re looking for a buyer who blends commercial sharpness with refined creative judgment.

  • 4–5 years’ experience in retail buying (womenswear apparel essential)
  • Background within a large retail organisation
  • Strong understanding of luxury markets, product, and global fashion trendsglobal fashion tr
  • Ability to confidently influence and present to senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical capability and commercial insight
  • Highly organised, autonomous, and deadline-driven
