DIGITAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER | WOMENS HIGH-END FASHION


Our client is a globally recognised Australian luxury fashion house, renowned for its sharp tailoring, confident femininity, and unmistakable design handwriting. Worn by tastemakers, celebrities, and modern women worldwide, the brand continues to scale its global presence across digital, retail, and wholesale channels.

As part of this next phase of growth, our client is seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to join their in-house creative team. This is a hands-on, high-exposure role for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and wants their work seen - from campaign rollouts and e-commerce to retail, EDMs, and global digital touchpoints.

You’ll work closely with the Art Director, Creative Director, and Digital leadership, contributing to the visual language of a brand with a strong point of view - while having the confidence to push ideas forward within established brand guidelines.

What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with the Art Director on the execution of digital campaign rollouts, including the production and printing of collection lookbooks
  • Designing graphic content to maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
  • Supporting creative thinking and concept development for digital marketing initiatives
  • Designing EDM layouts under the direction of the Head of Digital using Adobe Suite
  • Designing website homepage assets in collaboration with the Head of Digital
  • Creating all social media assets across organic and paid channels
  • Producing affiliate retargeting ads on a fortnightly basis
  • Updating automated email marketing imagery seasonally
  • Developing trend documents for digital language and graphic treatments alongside the Creative Director and Global Head of Communications
  • Designing retail signage and decals, managing print production with the National Retail Manager
  • Collaborating with Production on ad-hoc requests including packaging and product collateral
  • Maintaining and updating digital mood boards with the Art Director
  • Managing image libraries across all seasons, including campaign and lookbook assets
  • Preparing, editing, retouching, resizing, and distributing e-commerce imagery
  • Resizing assets for multiple digital platforms
  • Managing workflow, deadlines, and fast turnarounds in a high-volume environment

About You

  • To succeed in this role, you are both creatively driven and operationally sharp. You understand luxury branding, respect design systems, and know when — and how — to push the idea further.
  • You will bring:
  • A diploma or degree in Graphic Design
  • 2+years’ experience in a Graphic Designer or Digital Designer role
  • Strong proficiency across Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, AfterEffects)
  • A refined eye for design, typography, and the Rebecca Vallance brand handwriting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and visual consistency
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and deadline discipline
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine team mindset
