We’re partnering with one of Australia’s most loved athleisure brands as they continue to scale - and they’re on the hunt for a hands-on Retail Operations Leader to drive performance across 3 Sydney stores, with an exciting 4th store opening in January.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves retail and knows how to run a tight ship behind the scenes. Think people leadership, operational excellence, and commercial smarts.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of the store network, ensuring teams are engaged, stores are running smoothly, and targets are being hit (and ideally smashed).

RESPONSIBILITIES +
You’ll be across:
- Leading, coaching and developing Store Managers and teams
- Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance across the network
- Ensuring operational excellence - rosters, stock, VM, compliance, the lot
- Playing a key role in the new store opening in January.
- Creating a consistent, premium customer experience across all locations
- Partnering with Head Office on initiatives, reporting and improvements
REQUIREMENTS +
About You
- You’re a natural leader with a strong retail operations background and a “let’s fix it” mindset.
You’ll have:
- Multi-site retail leadership experience (fashion, athleisure or lifestyle ideal)
- Strong people leadership skills - you build teams people want to stay in
- A commercial mindset with proven results driving sales and KPIs
- Confidence managing operations, processes and priorities across stores
- High energy, adaptability and a genuine passion for brand and culture
