About the Role
As Brand Director, you’ll be the architect of visual identity, cultural relevance, and creative consistency. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to bring high-impact campaigns to life, guide styling and production, and ensure every brand moment feels intentional, elevated, and unmistakably on-trend. This is a high-volume, high-velocity environment where your creative leadership will drive real-time storytelling and long-term brand equity.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
Visual Identity & Styling
- Elevate the brand’s visual language across campaigns, homepage, events, gifting suites, and more
- Own styling direction and ensure cultural fluency across all creative output
- Build and maintain brand guidelines for internal and external teams
Brand Marketing Calendar
- Develop a master calendar that aligns seasonal trends, product launches, and cultural moments
- Collaborate across departments to unify messaging and execution
- Content Production & Creative Direction
- Lead styling and production for editorial shoots, social content, and branded storytelling
- Oversee casting to ensure diverse, on-brand talent representation
Content Production & Creative Direction
- Lead styling and production for editorial shoots, social content, and branded storytelling

Design & Art Direction
- Align with in-house design teams to ensure consistency across web, email, paid media, and social
- Champion design excellence while balancing speed-to-market Events & Activations
- Concept and execute influencer drops, pop-ups, retail takeovers, and PR stunts
- Manage vendor coordination, production timelines, and creative briefs
REQUIREMENTS +
- 10–12+ years in brand marketing, fashion production, or creative execution
- Proven success leading seasonal campaigns across digital and physical platforms
- Deep understanding of fashion aesthetics and cross-platform storytelling
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and visual presentation abilities
- Passion for fashion, culture, and pushing creative boundaries
