RESPONSIBILITIES +
In this role, you will own and drive the buying strategy for the Dresses category, aligning the product mix with emerging trends and customer insights to deliver a compelling, on-brand assortment. You’ll leverage market data and analytics to make informed buying decisions that support commercial growth, with a strong focus on performance in the US market. As a team leader, you'll be responsible for mentoring and guiding a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and fast-paced culture. You’ll also manage key supplier relationships, negotiate costings, and ensure all margin and financial targets are met.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Proven experience as a Senior Buyer or Buyer in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in the Dresses category highly desirable
- Strong people management experience – you’ll be leading a team
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills and a trend-savvy eye
- Experience or exposure to the US market
