About the Role:

As Director of Social & Content, you’ll lead the charge in crafting a digital experience that’s as dynamic and diverse as the brand’s community. You’ll oversee social strategy, content creation, influencer partnerships, and community engagement across multiple brand verticals. You’ll build and mentor a high-performing team, drive innovation through AI, and deliver campaigns that spark conversation and drive conversion.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Develop and execute global social media strategies across all major platforms and brand divisions
  • Lead content ideation, production, and performance analysis-from quick-turn creator assets to polished campaigns
  • Build and scale influencer and creator partnerships, including co-creation and gifting programs
  • Drive integrated campaign planning for product launches, seasonal drops, and cultural tentpoles
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and generate innovative content formats
  • Cultivate a loyal digital community through real-time engagement and trend responsiveness
  • Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of strategists, creators, and community managers
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align brand storytelling

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 10–12+ years of experience in fashion, social media, content strategy, and merchandising
  • Proven success in leading content and social teams in a high-growth environment
  • Deep creative direction skills and a strong eye for brand identity and cultural relevance
  • Expertise in influencer marketing and creator partnerships
  • Fluency across all major platforms and emerging digital formats
  • Strong analytical mindset with performance-driven decision-making
  • Passion for fashion, storytelling, and community building
