What You’ll Do:
Interpret designer specifications and measurements to ensure accurate garment fits.
Maintain consistent standard sizing across all brands.
Liaise with offshore factories to manage fit adjustments, quality control, and finishes.
Partner with the design team to uphold the highest quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth production communication.
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum 3 year in a similar garment tech role.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge or experience in garment construction (highly regarded).
Passion for fashion and garment technology.
Self-motivated, proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
