An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Menswear Merchandiser to join a well-established apparel business operating in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
This is a traditional merchandise role focused on coordinating production, managing supplier relationships, and owning the product lifecycle from tech pack through to warehouse delivery. Design is handled by a dedicated team, your role is to be the commercial and operational backbone that ensures product is executed correctly, on time, and on budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Own the end-to-end merchandise lifecycle across underwear, swimwear, and lifestyle categories, from concept briefing through to warehouse delivery.
- Build and manage commercially balanced ranges aligned to brand, margin, and sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and production schedules with offshore suppliers to optimise cost and profitability.
- Oversee sampling, fit approvals, bulk production, and quality standards to ensure premium execution.
- Monitor sales, stock, and margin performance to inform replenishment, repeat buys, and markdown strategy.
- Drive critical path management, proactively identifying risks and ensuring on-time launches.
- Partner cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, and Warehouse teams to deliver seamless go-to-market execution.
REQUIREMENTS +
- 3–5+ years’ experience in a traditional merchandising or production role within apparel
- Experience working with Bangladesh factories and understanding production culture
- Strong understanding of tech pack creation and coordination
- Confident negotiating cost prices and managing supplier relationships
- Experience coordinating production timelines end-to-end
- Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working closely with warehouse and operations teams
