RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Lead social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Create, curate, and publish content that aligns with the brand’s voice.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments and feature confidently on camera.
- Adapt quickly to trends and maintain a consistent, high-quality presence.
- Mentor junior social media staff and drive team execution.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize for growth and engagement.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Experienced in apparel social media (3+ years minimum).
- Proven in growing Instagram and TikTok channels.
- Creative, proactive, and execution-focused in a fast-moving environment.
- Skilled in team leadership and mentoring.
