This growing Australian fashion business is rebranding and expanding and looking to grow and take marketing and content in-house and need a hands-on, creative professional to own social strategy and execution. This is a hands-on role split between the Avalon Beach and Crows Nest office, so a current driver’s license is required to travel between locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
You’ll lead content creation and social media across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms, including:
- Capturing, filming, and editing daily content
- Writing compelling captions, hooks, and copy
- Managing influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns
- Supporting photoshoots, creative direction, and campaigns
- Tracking performance and optimising content
You’ll work closely with the founder and creative team, with the freedom to own your projects and grow the role over time.
REQUIREMENTS +
- 3+ years in social media management and content creation (fashion preferred)
- Strong creative eye and strategic thinking
- Hands-on, self-sufficient, and results-driven
- Experience growing social channels and engagement
- Passion for fashion and connecting with customers
