RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Drive development and buying of trend-led fashion collections
- Translate trends, data, and customer insight into commercial product
- Partner with suppliers to manage sampling, costing, and timelines
- Negotiate costs, quantities, and delivery schedules to achieve margin targets
- Maintain critical paths to ensure on-time launches
- Lead fit approvals and quality checks
- Support range planning, line reviews, and seasonal drops
- Identify risks and opportunities to maximise sell-through
REQUIREMENTS +
- Experience in product development and buying within fast fashion or trend-led retail
- Strong commercial instinct with proven cost negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with strong supplier relationships
- Trend-driven, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
