We’re seeking a highly organised, data-driven and customer-focused Account Executive to manage a portfolio of retail accounts and act as the key contact for buying and planning teams. Reporting to the Head of Wholesale and Business Development, you’ll drive commercial results through strong relationships, proactive sales planning and close collaboration across Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Marketing and Visual Merchandising to ensure budgets are met, stock is delivered on time and activations land seamlessly.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Account Management & Relationships – Manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts, acting as the main contact for buyers and planners while driving sell-in, ranging, growth initiatives, profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Sales Planning & Trading – Lead seasonal forward planning, forecasting and range reviews, conduct regular account reviews, and manage trading terms, performance analysis and product opportunities.
- End-to-End Sales Operations – Own the sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring accurate data, on-time dispatch, efficient stock intake and achievement of sales and inventory targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Merchandise Planning, Marketing, Customer Service and Visual Merchandising to manage forecasts, replenishment, campaigns, launches, promotions and in-store execution.
- Analysis & Market Insight – Analyse sales, stock and sell-through data, prepare reporting for internal and external reviews, and gather in-store and market insights to inform commercial decisions.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Relevant Experience – 2–4 years’ experience in account management, wholesale or sales coordination, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or consumer goods.
- Organisation & Detail – Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Commercial & Data-Driven – Confident analysing data and translating insights into clear, actionable strategies.
- Relationship Management – Strong communicator with proven ability to build relationships and lead discussions with buyers and planners.
- Collaborative & Systems-Savvy – A team player experienced working cross-functionally, with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills; ERP systems and retailer portal experience a plus.
