Our client is seeking a Retail Store Manager for their thriving store in Pacific Fair. The Boutique Manager will oversee daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage retail loss prevention, while managing the existing team.

Salary: $75k + super

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient workflow.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage retail loss prevention strategies to minimise shrinkage and maintain store security.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
- Handle inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales analytics to optimise store performance.
REQUIREMENTS +
- 3 years minimum of retail management experience in fashion and accessories
- Proven track record in
- Proven track record in customer satisfaction and excellent service delivery
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers, staff, and vendors
- Familiarity with retail loss prevention strategies
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales associates with strong leadership qualities
- Effective organisational skills including inventory management, scheduling, and sales analytics
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred
