They've grown exponentially over the past few years with no sign of slowing down, and our client truly is becoming a household name in the jewellery industry. 

After experiencing huge growth with more store openings on the horizon, they are now seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple boutiques across Sydney. Reporting into the Head of Retail, you’ll work side by side with Store Managers, AMSs and retail teams to deliver strong commercial results while bringing the brand’s culture to life. This is a true lead-from-the-front role, combining in-store coaching and inspiration with oversight of performance and smooth daily store operations.

Location: Sydney

Salary: $85k + super

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Drive Sales & Commercial Performance: Own sales delivery and KPI achievement across NSW, using detailed performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and lift ATV, UPT, conversion and overall revenue.
  • Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams: Coach, mentor and inspire Store Managers and Assistant Managers, building a high-performance culture rooted in strong sales capability, customer service and brand alignment.
  • Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Ensure every store consistently delivers a warm, personalised and memorable customer experience that brings the brand ethos and service standards to life.
  • Oversee Operational Excellence & Compliance: Maintain visual merchandising standards and oversee day-to-day operations including rostering, stock management, loss prevention and full compliance with company policies and WHS requirements.
  • Collaborate & Influence at a Business Level: Partner closely with Head Office teams and provide meaningful store-level insights to inform product decisions, marketing campaigns and broader retail strategy.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Experienced Multi-Site Leader: 3+ years managing 5+ stores, with proven success in driving commercial results.
  • Team Builder & People Leader: Naturally motivates, develops, and inspires managers and teams to achieve high performance.
  • Customer & Brand Focused: Passionate about delivering exceptional experiences while upholding brand values.
  • Operationally Skilled: Strong expertise in visual merchandising, store displays, stock and inventory management, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Organised & Hands-On: Solutions-oriented, highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and willing to travel regularly across NSW stores.
  • You must have a car and valid drivers licence for this role.
