RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Lead fit sessions from development through to pre-production approval
- Oversee pattern amendments, grading direction, and size set approvals
- Provide clear technical feedback to manufacturers on fit and construction
- Ensure consistency of fit across core blocks and repeat styles
- Support bulk readiness through technical review and sign-off
REQUIREMENTS +
- Proven experience as a Garment Technician in womenswear
- Strong knowledge of pattern making, grading, and garment construction
- Experience working with premium woven fabrics
- Confident liaising with offshore manufacturers
- Clear, practical communication skills and strong attention to detail
