Paid Social Creative Strategist (Meta / Facebook Ads)

$90,000 – $110,000 + super | Full time | Australia based.

Are you a hands-on, performance-driven creative who lives and breathes paid social? We’re looking for someone to join a fast-growing fashion brand, working closely with the founders and Head of Performance Marketing to own the creative strategy, production, and optimisation of Meta advertising assets.

  • The role is hands-on and requires someone ready to roll up their sleeves bringing both creativity and commercial thinking.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Fashion or lifestyle brand experience, with a strong portfolio of paid social creative.
  • Proven ability to create short-form video, static images, copy variations, and testing pipelines that perform.
  • Data-driven mindset: you understand metrics like CTR, CPA, hook rate, and thumb-stop rate—and use insights to improve.
  • Experience working with agency or in-house teams, ideally with exposure to ecommerce or DTC marketing.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working closely with leadership while delivering independently.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Developing performance-led creative strategies for Meta advertising.
  • Producing creative tailored for our 40+ female audience.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external creators when needed.
  • Continuously iterating creative based on real performance data.
