About the Role

They are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Manager to lead and elevate their digital presence. 

Reporting to the Founder, this is a hands-on, on-camera role where the individual will own social media channels end-to-end, from strategy and planning through filming, editing, publishing, and community engagement. They will collaborate with internal teams in the US and external brand partners to deliver high-quality, styling-led content that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and resonates with a global audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Execute a social media and content strategy focused on brand growth, engagement, and conversion
  • Manage social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Create high-quality photo, video, and written content, including filming, editing, and publishing
  • Plan content calendars for product launches, seasonal drops, campaigns, and promotions
  • Confidently appear on camera for styling series, trend-led content, product storytelling, and behind-the-scenes footage
  • Produce styling-based content such as try-ons, outfit formulas, trend edits, and product features
  • Source, brief, and manage creators and UGC to support content output and campaigns
  • Build and nurture the online community through comments, DMs, and interactive content
  • Monitor performance, analyse insights, and optimise content based on data and platform trends
  • Collaborate across international teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Proven experience in social media and content creation, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook
  • Comfortable and confident being on camera regularly
  • Strong video-first skill set including hooks, trends, storytelling, filming, and editing
  • Strong aesthetic eye with the ability to create elevated, on-brand content
  • Experience using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar
  • Highly organised, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively across international teams
  • Genuine passion for fashion, styling, and content that drives engagement and sales

Bonus Points

  • Experience creating styling-focused content such as try-ons and outfit edits
  • Proven track record of growing a fashion brand’s social presence or driving conversions through content
  • Basic understanding of paid social creative or Meta Ads
