The Inventory & Operations Manager is a key role responsible for driving sales growth through strong inventory control, efficient supply chain operations, and scalable processes. Overseeing stock accuracy, replenishment across stores, and end-to-end operational workflows, this role sits across inventory, retail, warehouse, logistics, systems, and new store openings. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and commercially minded, focused on smart allocation, fast stock flow, and ensuring products are available in-store and online at the right time to support ongoing growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Inventory Planning & Control: Own end-to-end stock management across warehouse, stores, online and wholesale, including forecasting, sell-through analysis, allocation, replenishment, reconciliations, system accuracy and stock integrity.
  • Store Replenishment & Allocation: Lead weekly replenishment and transfer processes, ensuring the right product is in the right store at the right time through performance-led allocations, smooth transfers and fast issue resolution.
  • Warehouse Operations & Fulfilment: Oversee daily warehouse operations, staffing and fulfilment rhythms, ensuring accurate receiving, dispatch, packaging management and seamless store replenishment acceptance.
  • Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination: Manage supplier relationships, production timelines, freight, imports and landed cost accuracy, ensuring stock is delivered on time, compliant and correctly received in systems.
  • New Store Openings & Operational Setup: Own all non-people operational requirements for new stores, including stock allocation, packaging, equipment, freight coordination and launch readiness.
  • Reporting, Systems & Continuous Improvement: Deliver regular inventory and operational reporting, identify risks and opportunities, improve systems and workflows, and partner with leadership, tech and eComm to support growth and scalability.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Stock & Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate, trusted inventory across stores, online, warehouse, and wholesale, ensuring smooth replenishment and scalable operations.
  • Warehouse & Fulfilment Efficiency: Run calm, efficient warehouse operations with clear processes, accountability, and seamless stock flow.
  • New Store Readiness: Execute operational setup for new stores to a high standard, ensuring they open fully stocked and operationally ready.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Use stock data, reporting, and insights to optimise allocations, manage performance, and support business growth.
  • Proactive, Solutions-Focused Mindset: Adaptable, organised, and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities with a calm, can-do attitude.
  • Experience & Systems Expertise: 5+ years in retail/eCommerce inventory, operations, or supply chain; proficient in CIN7, with skills in Excel, Shopify, TRS, Tanda, and operational tools for smooth end-to-end stock management.
