Our client is an Australian born and owned footwear and accessories business known for their comfort, quality, and commitment to craftmanship. We are now seeking a QLD Sales Representative to join the team full-time. The role is a mix of WFH and out on the road, and you'll collaborate with the Sales team and report into the management team based in VIC.
This is a great opportunity for someone entry-level who's looking to get their foot in the sales door, or someone who already has a few years of experience. The company offer huge career progression nationally and globally, competitive bonus structures, and the ability to travel across the State with all travel covered.
Salary: $65k-$90k + super dependent on experience, + performance based bonuses, + company car, laptop, phone, + all travel expenses covered (hotels, flights, food).

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Consistently exceed sales targets through strong product knowledge and effective selling strategies.
- Uphold brand standards through excellent store presentation, merchandising, and stock management.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to share insights and drive ongoing performance improvement.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in retail or fashion, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Team-oriented mindset, contributing to collective goals and maintaining a strong commitment to brand values.
- Based in Brisbane with the ability to travel across the state freely. Excellent candidates based in QLD outside of Brisbane may be considered.
