An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end digital growth for a fast-growing beauty brand.

This role owns performance marketing, CRM, website optimisation, and campaign execution, with a strong focus on revenue growth, conversion optimisation, and bringing paid media capabilities in-house. You’ll work closely with creative, social, eCommerce, and development teams to deliver high-impact digital campaigns across key trading periods and BAU activity.

This is a hands-on, strategic role suited to someone who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

Digital Strategy & Campaign Leadership

  • Develop and execute high-level digital marketing strategies across major trading moments (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Afterpay Day).
  • Own campaign planning end-to-end, including timelines, asset briefs, delegation and execution.
  • Plan and implement promotional strategies including gift-with-purchase (GWP) and conversion-driven offers.
  • Maintain always-on strategic planning across both promotional and non-promotional periods to drive revenue and engagement.

Paid Performance Marketing

  • Bring paid performance marketing in-house from external agencies.
  • Develop, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and Bing.
  • Manage budgets and continuously optimise spend to maximise ROAS and efficiency.

Creative & Content Collaboration

  • Lead creative strategy for paid digital advertising.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, video editors and creatives to produce high-performing ad content.
  • Ensure creative aligns with performance insights and brand positioning.

SEO & Content Optimisation

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth.
  • Partner with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all website content.
  • CRM: Email, SMS & Push
  • Oversee email, SMS and push notification strategy and execution.
  • Manage and optimise BAU flows and campaign activity to drive retention and LTV.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on performance using tools such as Shopify Plus Analytics, Google Analytics and Supermetrics.
  • Deliver regular insights and recommendations to inform strategy and optimisation.
  • Continuously monitor, analyse and improve campaign performance.

Website & Conversion Optimisation

  • Own website updates for campaigns and BAU content.
  • Drive CRO initiatives to improve UX and conversion rate.
  • Lead UI/UX optimisation projects in collaboration with developers and designers.
  • Plan and execute A/B testing and site experimentation.

Budget & Stakeholder Management

  • Own and manage the digital marketing budget.
  • Allocate spend strategically based on performance and commercial priorities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure aligned, integrated marketing execution.

REQUIREMENTS +

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing Manager role within eCommerce or DTC.
  • Strong hands-on experience across paid media, CRM, SEO and website optimisation.
  • Advanced knowledge of platforms including Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, Klaviyo and major ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience leading CRO, UI/UX improvements and website testing initiatives.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
