About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead all digital activity during a maternity leave contract. This role suits someone who is both a creative storyteller and a performance-driven marketer, confident managing campaigns across email, paid media and social, with a strong grasp of ecommerce.
You’ll take ownership of the digital strategy end-to-end - from concept and copy through to execution, reporting and optimisation - ensuring all activity is cohesive, on-brand and commercially effective.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Plan, create and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive brand engagement and online sales
- Own email marketing and CRM (Klaviyo), including campaigns, automations, segmentation, testing and creative
- Manage and optimise paid performance campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
- Write and refine compelling campaign copy across email, ads and website
- Oversee website updates, product launches and merchandising with a focus on conversion and customer experience
- Analyse campaign performance, report on results and make data-led optimisation recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns land seamlessly across all touchpoints
- Support SEO and content initiatives, including educational content, by working closely with agency partners and developers
REQUIREMENTS +
You’re a digitally savvy all-rounder who enjoys seeing creative ideas translate into measurable results. You’re confident balancing strategy with execution and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once.
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing (beauty, fashion or lifestyle highly regarded)
- Strong experience across paid media, email/CRM and content marketing
- Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, organised approach with a creative mindset
