The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Developer & Garment Technician to join the team. This role drives end-to-end product development—from concept and design through to sampling, fitting, production, and photoshoot execution. Working closely with the Director, Creative, Production, and Freelance teams, you’ll play a central role in shaping both core collections and exclusive international projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Research seasonal trends, colour palettes, and mood boards in collaboration with the Creative Director and founder 
- Align each collection with product matrix, pricing architecture, and delivery timelines 
- Source and develop fabrics, trims, and prints, including exclusives for U.S. wholesale partners 
- Create detailed tech packs with technical sketches, measurement points, and specifications 
- Oversee proto development, lab dips, strike-offs, and supplier style allocation 
- Conduct fit sessions, provide accurate fit comments with supporting sketches/photos, and ensure garments meet quality standards 
- Maintain seasonal costing sheets and liaise with suppliers to achieve margin targets 
- Coordinate sample sets for e-commerce, sales, and photoshoots, ensuring alignment with the critical path 
- Support and guide interns and freelancers, ensuring project milestones are met 
- Assist with four annual photoshoots, supporting styling, sample prep, and on-set creative direction 
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in product development and/or garment technology within fashion 
- Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fit 
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage offshore supplier relationships 
- Proficient in creating and managing tech packs with advanced attention to detail 
- Highly organised, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines 
- Passionate about design and bringing elevated, feminine fashion to market
