PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR – MENSWEAR
Our client, a leading Australian menswear brand, is seeking a detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to join their Sydney Support Office team. This role sits at the heart of the product lifecycle, working closely with the Product Development Manager to bring design concepts to life, from initial idea through to production and onto the shop floor.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Support the Product Development Manager in creating and updating detailed Tech Packs.
- Measure protos, attend fit sessions, and manage fit comments.
- Create and maintain seasonal fabric development and product trackers.
- Assist with costing sheets, AP21 style setup, and open issue logs.
- Communicate daily with offshore vendors, fabric mills, and makers.
- Manage swatches, samples, CADs, and seasonal range boards.
- Support smooth handover between design and production teams.
REQUIREMENTS +
- 2+ years’ experience in menswear product development (tailoring experience highly regarded).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office (AI skills desirable).
- Knowledge of AP21 and experience in vertical operations advantageous.
- Proactive, driven, and solutions-focused with excellent communication skills.
