About the job:

As a Marketing Assistant (Junior role), you’ll play a hands-on role supporting the Marketing team across a wide variety of digital and creative projects. From updating the website and building email campaigns, to designing simple graphics in Canva and repurposing content for social media, this entry-level position offers the perfect chance to gain experience across all areas of marketing.

You’ll assist with website merchandising and product updates, help organise and manage campaign assets, and contribute to product launches, expos, and events. Your day-to-day will include testing email campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and bringing fresh ideas to team discussions. It’s a collaborative role where no two days are the same, and your creativity will be valued as the business continues to grow.

About you:

You’ve recently completed a degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related creative field. While formal workplace experience isn’t required, you bring creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn. If you’ve worked on freelance or personal projects that showcase your design and marketing interest, even better - a portfolio is encouraged.

You’re comfortable with digital tools, with Canva skills a must. Familiarity with email marketing platforms, e-commerce systems, and Google Workspace is a bonus (and training will be provided). Most importantly, you’re organised, proactive, and eager to grow your digital marketing skills while contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

Email

  • Upload content into Klaviyo and assist with building campaign emails.
  • Test campaigns across devices to ensure formatting and links work correctly.
  • Support campaign builds using provided templates and assets.
  • Assist with creating simple email graphics in Canva. Design / Content
  • Resize and repurpose assets from email campaigns for social media.
  • Create simple graphics for Meta ads, social media posts, and marketing campaigns in Canva.
  • Web support
  • Upload and update product images, descriptions, and page content.
  • Support merchandising of the website and ensure product information aligns with stock availability. Adhoc
  • Assist the Marketing team with campaign organisation and asset management (Google Drive & Canva).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all outputs.
  • Contribute creative ideas to team discussions and stay across design and marketing trends.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives such as product launches, expos, and events.
  • Coordinate ordering of print collateral and marketing materials.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Canva (required).
  • Klaviyo (desirable; training provided).
  • Shopify (desirable; training provided).
  • Google Drive, Slides, and Sheets (basic familiarity preferred)
  • Recently completed a degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related creative field.
  • No formal workplace experience required; creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
  • Freelance or personal projects demonstrating design and marketing interest will be considered a bonus (portfolio encouraged).
