PRODUCTION MANAGER | FAST GROWING FASHION BRAND

Are you an experienced production professional with a love for fashion and a knack for organisation? This is an exciting opportunity to join a bold Australian label with a global following, where you’ll oversee production for collections that set trends and empower self-expression.

Our client is a contemporary fashion brand known for designing in-house collections that capture the latest trends, social moments, and street-style influences. With a strong online presence and growing global reach, they’ve built a reputation for delivering trend-driven collections while giving back through meaningful social impact initiatives.

As Production Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring collections are delivered on time, to budget, and at the highest level of quality — all while leading a collaborative production team in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of collections.

  • Approve factory invoices and oversee costings to align with business goals.

  • Implement and monitor quality control standards across all production.

  • Allocate production styles based on supplier capabilities and capacity.

  • Monitor workflows, inventory levels, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

  • Update and manage critical production documentation, including Airtable, Critical Path, and Marketing Calendars.

  • Analyse production processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and sustainability practices.

  • Provide cross-functional support to wholesale, logistics, and customer service where needed.

About You

  • 5–6 years’ experience in production management within the fashion industry.

  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end production process, from design to delivery.

  • Background in fast fashion highly regarded.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and build strong supplier relationships.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management tools.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.

  • A genuine passion for fashion and staying ahead of industry trends.

Why Join Our Client?

This is more than a production role, it’s a chance to grow with a brand that is shaping the future of Australian fashion. You’ll enjoy:

  • A competitive salary and benefits package.

  • A dynamic, creative, and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

  • Opportunities for professional growth and career development.

  • The chance to work with a brand that combines trend-led fashion with purpose, supporting charities that empower women, children, and vulnerable communities globally.
