The Role
As a Junior Product Developer / Technician, you’ll be an essential member of the product team – supporting in bringing designs to life and ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard. This role offers hands-on experience across fittings, product sampling, supplier liaison, and technical drawings, while giving you exposure to the full product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare garments and tech packs for fittings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Attend fittings and provide detailed, clear fit comments.
Support the critical path to ensure key deadlines are met.
Maintain and organise product samples and fit rails.
Create and update technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator.
Communicate with suppliers, ensuring timelines are on track.
Contribute ideas on fabric, fit, and construction during workshops.
Assist in locating samples for photoshoots and other cross-team projects.
Provide admin support to keep the product function running smoothly.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, initiative, and a love for fashion. Ideally, you’ll have:
Around 1–2 years’ experience in a similar product or technical role (womenswear preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel.
A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
A curious, forward-thinking mindset – always looking at trends, fabrics, and new ideas.
A fashion-related degree or qualification is a plus, but experience counts just as much.
