The Opportunity
As Production Manager, you’ll oversee the entire production lifecycle—ensuring every collection is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality. Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the production team, fostering growth and accountability.
Build and manage production schedules that align with seasonal demand.
Oversee the full production cycle—from sourcing and procurement to delivery of finished garments.
Partner closely with suppliers and vendors, ensuring performance, reliability, and accountability.
Work with quality control teams to uphold uncompromising product standards.
Manage production budgets, driving efficiency and minimising waste.
Analyse key production metrics and provide insights to inform strategy.
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
What We’re Looking For
5–7 years’ experience in production management, ideally in fashion, apparel, or luxury retail.
Proven ability to run efficient, high-quality production operations.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
Solid understanding of supply chain management and quality control processes.
Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted supplier partnerships.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects.
