RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries regarding orders, tracking,
  • returns, and refunds.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of returns and refunds.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using customer service tools and platforms.
  • A positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers.
