RESPONSIBILITIES +
Brand Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute long-term brand strategies that align with business goals.
- Lead positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all platforms.
- Safeguard brand consistency while elevating presence and performance.
Marketing Team Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and grow a collaborative marketing team.
- Set clear KPIs and provide direction, support, and coaching.
- Foster alignment across sales, operations, creative, and leadership.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns – from concept to rollout.
- Manage digital, social, email, print, and in-store activations.
- Ensure audience insights and data inform every decision.
- Content Creation & Distribution
- Supervise high-quality, on-brand content across all key channels.
- Partner with creative stakeholders to develop engaging visuals and messaging.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand storytelling.
Performance Tracking & Optimisation
- Monitor KPIs and analyse campaign results to drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver reports and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Adjust strategies based on data, feedback, and industry trends.
- Partnerships & PR
- Build relationships with key influencers, media, and partners.
- Drive earned media and exposure through thoughtful PR strategy.
REQUIREMENTS +
- 5+ years of experience in a senior brand or marketing role (ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer sectors).
- A natural leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic and creative thinker who knows how to translate vision into execution.
- Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns that drive brand growth.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, customer engagement, and content marketing.
