A premium fashion brand is seeking a culture-forward, digitally savvy Content Creator & Community Manager to shape visual storytelling, drive community engagement, and support influencer and gifting strategies. This hybrid creative/strategic role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands influencer culture, and knows how to create content that connects and performs.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
- Develop and execute engaging, aspirational content aligned with brand tone, values and campaign calendar
- Collaborate with Social Media and Marketing to concept and create photo, video and copy content
- Appear confidently on camera for TikTok, Reels, Stories as a face and voice of the brand
- Stay across trends to keep content fresh, platform-optimised and culturally relevant
- Bring brand moments to life through content (product launches, events, partnerships, etc.)
- Track and report on content performance, using insights to inform creative direction
Influencer Marketing & Gifting
- Support daily execution of influencer campaigns: outreach, briefs, and relationship management
- Coordinate gifting: recipient lists, inventory, shipping and results tracking
- Ideate creative gifting aligned to campaigns, seasons and key moments
- Track and manage influencer content, ensuring it aligns with brand standards and is repurposed effectively
- Monitor engagement and ROI, providing recommendations for improvement
Community Engagement & Growth
- Be the digital voice of the brand, engaging with audiences across all social platforms
- Respond to comments, DMs, tags and mentions in real time
- Build relationships with customers, creators and cultural connectors
- Identify community trends and conversations to keep the brand relevant and responsive
REQUIREMENTS +
- 2–3 years’ experience in content creation, social media or influencer marketing
- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, Later, Planoly
- A strong visual eye, brand understanding, and digital storytelling skills
- Confidence and authenticity on camera
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a love for digital culture, fashion, fitness and community
