 With their next chapter of scale already underway, they are seeking a Head of People & Culture to build and lead the people strategy that will power this transformation. As Head of People & Culture, you will join the business at a pivotal moment—charged with designing the systems, leadership capability, and employee experience that will support fast growth without compromising the energy and values that define the brand.

This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role with direct influence at the executive level. You’ll work closely with the founders and GM to bring structure, clarity, and pace to their hybrid team across Australia and international markets. RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Lead the People & Culture strategy in alignment with brand vision and business goals
  • Partner directly with the founders and GM to guide the business through periods of scale, change, and transformation
  • Shape organisational design to ensure structure, pace, and accountability across all departments and regions
  • Drive hiring excellence and build a consistent, values-led candidate and onboarding experience
  • Embed performance frameworks that support clarity, growth, and high standards across the team
  • Develop leadership capability across the business with coaching, tools, and structured progression
  • Oversee core people operations, systems, and compliance, ensuring they scale effectively with the business
  • Champion culture—operationalising values into rituals, processes, and everyday behaviours

REQUIREMENTS +

  • You have deep experience scaling teams and culture in founder-led, high-growth environments
  • You bring a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
  • You see culture as a growth driver, not a side project
  • You’re calm under pressure and thrive in fast-moving, dynamic settings
  • You’ve worked closely with founders or senior leaders, and know how to coach and influence with confidence
  • You bring a commercial mindset to People & Culture—able to link people outcomes to business performance
  • You’re passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams that stay true to their values while evolving at scale
