We are working with one of Australia’s leading dermatologist-recommended skin supplement brand, stocked nationwide in top dermatology, skin, and hair clinics. Backed by clinical trials and sustainable sourcing, the brand is focused on internal wellness and outer radiance.
This newly created Sales Manager role is key to supporting growth by maintaining and increasing sales in existing dermatology and spa clinic accounts, while also driving new business. The role involves close collaboration to grow brand awareness, engage with both consumers and retailers, and boost sales.
Salary: $80k + super + commission
Location: Sydney (mostly remote)

RESPONSIBILITIES +
Drive Sales & Expand Reach - Identify and secure new B2B accounts to grow the brand’s presence and consistently meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build & Strengthen Relationships - Develop strong partnerships with new and existing clinics and retail partners by clearly communicating brand value, supporting repurchase growth, and understanding client needs.
Support & Educate Retailers - Act as a reliable point of contact for retail accounts by managing events, training, and promotions, and ensuring clients have the tools they need to successfully represent the brand.
Lead & Support the Sales Team - Mentor and guide junior sales team members through recruitment, onboarding, and strategic coaching to foster a high-performing, independent sales force.
Collaborate Across Teams & Report Performance - Partner with marketing and finance on forecasting and trade marketing initiatives, oversee in-store promotional efforts, manage territory budgets, and regularly report on sales performance and business development activity.
REQUIREMENTS +
Proven B2B Sales Success - Demonstrated experience and strong performance in B2B sales or account management, ideally with 5+ years in the beauty or skincare industry.
Self-Motivated & Independent - Able to take initiative, work independently, and drive results without needing close supervision.
Relevant Distribution Experience - Familiarity with boutique or clinic-based B2B distribution models is a strong advantage.
Excellent Relationship Building - Strong communicator with the ability to foster genuine, long-term client relationships through exceptional interpersonal skills.
Highly Organised & Efficient - Skilled in managing time, travel, and accounts independently, ensuring all client touchpoints are well-planned, responsive, and productive.
