RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Managing the backend of the website: uploading new products, ensuring the site is always fresh and aligned with campaign messaging
- Coordinating weekly EDMs – writing, building and scheduling campaigns
- Supporting the social team with Instagram uploads and backend scheduling
- Collaborating with our marketing team to elevate the brand’s digital presence
- Working cross-functionally with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience online
REQUIREMENTS +
- A digitally-savvy all-rounder with 3 years’ experience in ecommerce or digital coordination
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify or similar CMS)
- Comfortable working with EDM platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- Some graphic design or Canva/Adobe skills are a plus
- A love of premium fashion and a sharp eye for brand alignment
- Someone highly organised, collaborative and ready to be hands-on
