Following the implementation of a new digital strategy, which has led to growth across the business, our client is now seeking an additional Sales Manager to support key account management, new business development, and sales administration. The days are Tuesday to Friday, so this role is perfect for someone who's looking to maintain a strong work-life balance, whilst also growing professionally, and contributing to the success of a well-loved Australian label.
Location: Woolloomooloo.
Salary: $120k + super.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Coordinate wholesale sales strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and customer relationships.
- Refine product selection, contribute to range development, and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the replenishment calendar in line with seasonal and production schedules.
- Monitor competitor activity and participate in trend forecasting.
- Ensure accurate brand representation across all sales channels, including e-commerce and B2B.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Proven experience in sales management for a fashion business including wholesale and customer relationship management.
- Strong skills in product selection, development, and market trend analysis.
- Proficiency in marketing, including digital strategies and e-commerce branding.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and adaptability to changing market conditions.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
