PRODUCTION MANAGER | HIGH END CONTEMPORARY
Are you an experienced Production Manager ready to take the lead in a fast-paced, creative fashion environment? A renowned HIGH END contemporary womenswear label is seeking a dynamic professional to oversee the full production lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring exceptional quality, on-time execution, and cost efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Production Planning: Manage seasonal calendars and time-and-action plans from development through to delivery.
Own Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with local and offshore manufacturers. Negotiate costs, timelines, and terms to meet business goals.
Oversee Technical Processes: Drive fit approvals, BOM sign-off, and pre-production milestones in close collaboration with design and development teams.
Ensure Quality at Every Step: Uphold high QC standards across all production stages and proactively resolve any issues.
Drive Cost Efficiency: Track budgets, manage costings, and identify areas to optimise material usage and production workflows.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with teams across design, tech, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless execution and communication.
Monitor & Report Performance: Maintain key production metrics and lead post-season reviews to enhance future processes.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ years’ experience in fashion production or product development (designer or contemporary RTW preferred)
Strong negotiation skills and proven vendor management experience
Deep understanding of garment construction, critical path, and sampling processes
Experience managing both local and international production
Detail-obsessed, highly organised, and thrives under pressure
