We’re looking for a photographer who blends heart, creativity, and commercial edge, someone ready to shoot unforgettable moments and stunning campaign imagery that inspires, sells, and stands out.
Role Highlights:
Up to $80k salary + super.
Full-time: Weddings are primarily shot on weekends, with weekdays used for content, editing or social media (flex based on your strengths). This role is 5 days a week.
Travel to incredible locations including Lake Como, Amalfi, Tuscany, Mallorca, Florida, South of France, and Dubai.

- A people-first personality – someone who thrives on making others feel good and loves being part of their special day.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of composition and commercial storytelling – every image must feel elevated and editorial.
- Melbourne-based and committed with regular international travel.
- You don’t need wedding experience – if you’ve got the right energy and creative eye, you’ll be trained up.
- If you also shoot content or social media (video or stills), that's a huge bonus – the brand values versatile creatives.
- Backgrounds in fashion, editorial, commercial photography are highly regarded.
