We’re working with one of Australia’s most exciting womenswear brands — a globally loved name in modern bridal — to find a Marketing & Partnerships Manager who’s equal parts relationship-builder, organiser, and creative thinker.

The Role

As a Marketing & Partnerships Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things community, collaborations, and campaign coordination. You’ll bring the brand to life through meaningful partnerships — from influencers to stockists, from brides to like-minded labels.

You’ll be the friendly face behind our social presence, the organised force behind photo shoots, and the warm connector between the brand and its ever-growing audience. While you won’t lead creative direction, you’ll be the key player bringing campaigns together — with precision, heart, and hustle.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Influencer Marketing & Gifting
  • Build and nurture authentic creator relationships, manage gifting and briefs, and keep the content flow organised and on-brand.
  • Bridal & UGC Content
  • Curate real bride stories, secure permissions, and work with the content team to repurpose and share across channels.
  • Brand Partnerships (B2C)
  • Pitch and manage co-branded collaborations with lifestyle, fashion, and beauty brands that align with the brand’s values and vibe.
  • Stockist Collaborations (B2B)
  • Help keep the stockist network strong through social media campaigns, feature moments, and ongoing support.
  • Shoot Coordination
  • Handle logistics — models, locations, timelines, and approvals — to keep everything running smoothly on shoot days.
  • Community Engagement
  • Respond to DMs with clarity and kindness, spot partnership opportunities in real-time, and build genuine relationships with followers.

REQUIREMENTS +

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Are a natural communicator who can write with warmth and style
  • Love managing moving parts and keeping the wheels turning
  • Have experience working with creators, partnerships, or community marketing
  • Are passionate about fashion, bridal, or storytelling
  • Can juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool or your creativity

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fashion, bridal, beauty, or lifestyle brands
  • Confidence working with both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Meta Business Manager, Adobe, Canva, and planning software
