RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Develop and implement efficient, scalable recruitment processes that enhance candidate experience and support business growth.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing recruitment team across multiple disciplines.
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent, beyond inbound applications.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand headcount needs and role requirements.
  • Own and optimise the end-to-end candidate journey to reflect the company’s core values and fast-paced culture.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance employer branding across digital platforms and industry events.
  • Use data and reporting to inform decision-making, track success, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring regulations, promoting fairness, equity, and transparency at every stage.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 10+ years of recruitment experience, including leadership roles in high-growth or creative industries.
  • Prior experience recruiting within fashion, retail, e-commerce, or a fast-paced digital environment is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling recruitment teams, with a focus on both strategy and execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Deep curiosity and intuition when assessing talent fit—alongside a sharp sense for culture and potential.
  • A self-starter with strong commercial acumen and a solutions-focused mindset.
