Our client is a premium, design-led fashion brand with a loyal customer base and strong in-store teams. The Bondi and Paddington locations are two of the highest-performing boutiques, and together they operate as a key sales hub in Sydney. 

We’re hiring a Dual-Site Manager to oversee our Bondi and Paddington boutiques. While each store has a strong, established team, this is a unique opportunity to lead across both locations with a focus on team development, customer experience, and store performance. The role is primarily based in the  Bondi Beach boutique, with 1–2 days per week in Paddington as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Leadership & Team Management: Oversee both store teams with support from a strong 2IC in each location. Build a culture of excellence, alignment, and growth.
  • Customer Experience: Lead by example to deliver exceptional, brand-aligned service. Read the room, anticipate customer needs, and coach the team to create a genuine, welcoming environment.
  • Operations & Reporting: Manage store operations including stock, rosters, and back-of-house processes. Tuesdays are dedicated to reporting and team alignment across stores.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain elevated visual standards and ensure store presentation reflects the brand ethos. Work with the wider team to implement seasonal VM direction.
  • Sales & KPIs: Monitor and respond to key metrics including foot traffic, fitting room conversion, and moving annual turnover. No individual sales targets – focus is on store-wide performance.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • You’re a motivated and hands-on leader ready to step into a cluster manager role.

  • You've likely worked with and understand premium fashion retail.

  • You have the ability to genuinely connect with the brand and embody the customer.

  • You’re proactive, organised, and data-driven, but still put people and experience first.

  • You're adaptable and ready to split your time based on team support needs across both stores.

  • You’re excited about a role where no two days are the same and you're regularly switching gears between leadership, operations, and in-store engagement.
