The Role

As Senior Print Designer, you'll own the end-to-end print and graphic design process, developing trend-led artwork that aligns with the brand's vision while delivering strong commercial outcomes.

Working closely with Buying, Design, and Product Development teams, you'll translate global trends into original prints and graphics, ensuring every collection is innovative, cohesive, and customer-focused.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Lead the seasonal print and graphic direction across all product categories
  • Design original textile prints and graphic artworks that elevate the brand
  • Research global fashion, print, colour, and cultural trends to inspire future collections
  • Develop concept boards, colour palettes, and seasonal artwork stories
  • Collaborate with Buying and Product Development to ensure artwork meets commercial objectives
  • Prepare production-ready artwork files for offshore suppliers
  • Manage freelance graphic designers and oversee creative briefs
  • Maintain and organise the print strike-off library
  • Deliver multiple creative projects while meeting critical deadlines

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 5+ years' experience in a Senior Print, Textile, or Graphic Design role within fashion
  • Strong portfolio showcasing original print and graphic design
  • Exceptional trend forecasting and creative research skills
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Strong understanding of textile print development and production processes
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Commercial mindset with a passion for creating customer-led product
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
