A leading Australian fashion eCommerce brand is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of day-to-day online trading across multiple international Shopify stores. This newly created leadership role will see you driving commercial performance, leading a high-performing eCommerce team, and optimising the customer journey across global markets.
Reporting into the executive leadership team, you'll work cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising and Marketing to execute trading strategies, improve operational efficiencies and deliver exceptional online experiences as the business continues its rapid international growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Own daily online trading performance across multiple Shopify stores, monitoring key metrics including traffic, conversion, AOV, bounce rate and customer behaviour.
- Lead, mentor and develop the eCommerce team, establishing scalable processes and best practices.
- Identify operational improvements and implement efficient, documented workflows.
- Manage onsite merchandising, category management, search optimisation and content execution in line with brand standards.
- Act as the Shopify subject matter expert, leveraging platform functionality and third-party integrations to maximise performance.
- Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising and Marketing teams to align trading activity with product launches and campaign calendars.
- Monitor website health, resolve issues quickly and ensure accurate product availability and merchandising.
- Develop and execute a CRO and UX testing roadmap, including A/B testing, analysis and performance reporting.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support CRM initiatives designed to improve customer engagement and lifetime value.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Proven experience managing Shopify stores with a strong track record of driving online sales growth.
- Previous experience leading and developing an eCommerce team.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and make informed trading decisions.
- Solid understanding of onsite merchandising, search optimisation, CRO and UX best practices.
- Experience working with merchandising tools, analytics platforms and customer data solutions.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
