About the Role

Reporting to the CMO, we're looking for an experienced eCommerce Managerto own

the day-to-day management and optimisation of the Shopify website.

This is a highly commercial, hands-on role suited to someone who loves analysing data, improving online performance and creating an exceptional customer journey. You'll work closely with Brand, Creative and Customer Service teams while taking ownership of the website's performance and future growth initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify website.
  • Drive website optimisation to improve conversion, user experience and online performance.
  • Merchandise products, collections and categories across the site.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure website merchandising aligns with stock availability.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, website performance and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Review returns data and recommend improvements across product, merchandising and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver engaging online campaigns and product launches.
  • Support CRM activity and customer communications through Mailchimp.
  • Assist with content updates, campaign execution and website enhancements.
  • Explore opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and automation.
  • Support future international expansion, including multi-currency Shopify stores.

REQUIREMENTS +

About You You'll be a commercially minded eCommerce professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves. You'll ideally bring:

  • Proven experience managing a Shopify eCommerce store.
  • Strong understanding of digital merchandising and website optimisation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make commercial recommendations.
  • CRM experience, ideally with Mailchimp or a similar platform.
  • Experience working within a D2C retail, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brand.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with the confidence to work independently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting a Shopify replatform or website build.
  • Experience managing multi-currency or international websites.
  • Exposure to AI tools and automation.
  • Experience within activewear, fashion or lifestyle brands.
