✦ The Role

As Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll be the creative force behind how the brand shows up in the world. From concept development through to final execution, you’ll lead the creation of high-impact visual content across all customer touchpoints, digital, social, web, email, and out-of-home.

Reporting into the Senior Creative Manager, you’ll play a key role in evolving and protecting the brand while pushing it forward creatively.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

✦ What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be:

  • Leading bold, innovative graphic concept development that brings the brand to life
  • Designing across web, email, social (organic + paid), and campaign assets
  • Creating motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects
  • Producing video edits and campaign content to support digital storytelling
  • Developing templates, web blocks, and design systems for scalable execution
  • Designing for offline activations, events, and OOH campaigns
  • Translating brand strategy into consistent, high-impact visual output
  • Managing workflow across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Mentoring and supporting a Junior Graphic Designer
  • Using performance insights to refine and optimise creative direction

REQUIREMENTS +

✦ What We’re Looking For

  • 4–5+ years’ experience in Graphic Design (activewear, fitness or retail highly regarded)
  • A strong, diverse portfolio across digital, social, campaign and OOH
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) + Canva
  • Strong motion design skills (After Effects essential)
  • Video editing capability (Premiere Pro or equivalent)
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles for digital design
  • Strong conceptual thinking paired with high-level execution
  • Excellent project management and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior creatives
  • Analytical mindset with exposure to creative performance tracking
