SOCIAL & CONTENT CREATION SPECIALIST | ACTIVEWEAR
We’re working with a high-energy, fast-growing activewear brand that lives and breathes fitness, culture, and social-first storytelling, and they’re on the hunt for a Social & Content Creation Specialist who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content at speed.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced creative role where you’ll be deep in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and everything short-form. You’ll concept, film, edit, and publish content that actually gets watched, shared, and saved. Think less “behind the scenes support” and more “you are the content engine.”
You’ll be working closely with the Social Media Manager to bring campaigns, product drops, and brand moments to life, while also jumping on set, directing talent, jumping in front of the camera when needed, and capturing content wherever inspiration strikes.
If you love TikTok trends, know your way around a shoot day, and get a little too excited about a good hook or viral sound… you’ll fit right in.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- You’ll be the person turning creative chaos into high-performing content.
- From scripting and shooting to editing and posting, you’ll own the full content cycle across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms. You’ll create both polished and lo-fi content, and know exactly when each one hits.
- You’ll confidently direct talent, teammates, and sometimes yourself on camera—bringing energy, clarity, and direction to shoot days (no awkward silence here).
- You’ll also support paid social by creating multiple variations of content for testing, helping the team figure out what actually performs and what flops.
- On top of that, you’ll manage day-to-day social execution, scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and reporting, while staying ahead of trends so the brand never feels behind.
- And yes, you’ll keep everything organised behind the scenes, so nothing gets lost in the chaos of content creation.
REQUIREMENTS +
- 3+ years’ experience in content creation, social media, or video production
- A killer portfolio of short-form video content (this is a must)
- Confident on camera and comfortable directing others
- Strong editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Deep understanding of TikTok + Instagram Reels culture
- Experience creating content for both organic and paid social (bonus points if you love ads that actually work)
- Ability to move fast, think creatively, and keep quality high under pressure
- Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines without melting down
- Experience with scheduling, publishing, and basic social reporting
