SENIOR ECOMMERCE MANAGER | WOMENSWEAR | CENTRAL COAST (HYBRID)


We're partnering with a fast-growing womenswear brand that's continuing to expand both locally and internationally. With a strong direct-to-consumer focus and multiple Shopify stores, they're looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Senior eCommerce Manager to take ownership of their online performance and customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes Shopify and thrives on using data, optimisation and customer insights to drive revenue. You'll work closely with senior leadership and collaborate across marketing, creative and development teams to continuously improve the online shopping experience while owning the day-to-day management of the ecommerce channel.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of the ecommerce function, driving performance across multiple Shopify stores with a strong focus on:

  • Conversion rate optimisation (CRO)

  • Revenue growth and average order value (AOV)

  • Site merchandising and customer journey optimisation

  • Shopify management and app integrations

  • Email and SMS lifecycle marketing

  • Trading performance, reporting and continuous optimisation

RESPONSIBILITIES +

Shopify & Platform Management

  • Manage multiple Shopify storefronts, including products, collections, navigation, merchandising and content updates.
  • Oversee the ecommerce technology stack, including Shopify apps and third-party integrations.
  • Coordinate with developers where custom functionality is required while confidently managing day-to-day platform updates independently.
  • Ensure site health through ongoing quality assurance, troubleshooting and technical maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate ecommerce tracking and reporting. Conversion Optimisation
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion across product pages, collection pages, cart and checkout.
  • Build and optimise campaign landing pages.
  • Implement upsell, cross-sell and promotional strategies to increase customer value.
  • Manage on-site SEO best practices, including metadata, product copy and site structure.
  • Execute ongoing A/B testing and optimisation initiatives. CRM & Customer Experience
  • Build and optimise automated email and SMS customer journeys.
  • Manage lead capture strategies and customer lifecycle communications.
  • Improve the returns and customer support experience through integrated ecommerce platforms.
  • Drive customer retention and repeat purchase performance. Analytics & Trading
  • Monitor website performance using ecommerce analytics tools.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, heatmaps and session recordings to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly trading reports with clear commercial insights and recommendations.
  • Stay informed on competitor activity, ecommerce trends and emerging platform capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS +

You'll be a highly commercial ecommerce professional with strong technical capability and a genuine passion for online retail.

You'll ideally bring:

  • 3-5+ years' hands-on Shopify ecommerce experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Shopify and its wider ecosystem.
  • Experience managing CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, alongside customer support and returns platforms.
  • Strong CRO knowledge with experience running A/B testing programs.
  • Experience using GA4 and ecommerce reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and ecommerce merchandising best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Previous experience within fashion, apparel or another consumer brand is highly regarded.
