The Role
As Product Coordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day coordination of product development and production, ensuring timelines, approvals, and critical path milestones stay on track.
You’ll act as a key link between internal teams and external suppliers, helping ensure product is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Support the end-to-end product development process from concept through to production
- Manage critical path timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate samples, fit comments, approvals, and technical documentation
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers on product updates and production timelines
- Maintain accurate product data, costings, and system information
- Track production progress and proactively flag risks or delays
- Support range reviews, product meetings, and launch preparation
- Assist with cross-functional projects across product and operations
REQUIREMENTS +
- Experience in product coordination, buying admin, product development, or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator who can build strong supplier relationships
- Interest in apparel, product innovation, and performance-led product
- Strong Excel and systems capability
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
