The Role

As Product Coordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day coordination of product development and production, ensuring timelines, approvals, and critical path milestones stay on track.

You’ll act as a key link between internal teams and external suppliers, helping ensure product is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Support the end-to-end product development process from concept through to production
  • Manage critical path timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate samples, fit comments, approvals, and technical documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers on product updates and production timelines
  • Maintain accurate product data, costings, and system information
  • Track production progress and proactively flag risks or delays
  • Support range reviews, product meetings, and launch preparation
  • Assist with cross-functional projects across product and operations

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Experience in product coordination, buying admin, product development, or a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator who can build strong supplier relationships
  • Interest in apparel, product innovation, and performance-led product
  • Strong Excel and systems capability
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
