The Role
As Senior Merchandise Planner, you’ll lead the planning and inventory function across multiple channels, ensuring stock is optimised to support growth, launches, and trading performance.
This is a standalone senior role suited to someone commercially sharp, highly analytical, and confident working independently while influencing broader business decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Develop and manage seasonal, monthly, and weekly merchandise plans
- Build forecasting strategies across categories, collections, and SKU level
- Manage OTB and inventory investment across launches and core product
- Analyse sell-through, stock turn, aged inventory, and replenishment opportunities
- Deliver weekly trade reporting and actionable performance insights
- Partner closely with Design, eCommerce, Marketing, and Retail teams
- Identify risks and opportunities to improve inventory efficiency and trading performance
- Support process improvements across planning and reporting functions
REQUIREMENTS +
- 5+ years’ experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or inventory planning
- Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and retail financials
- Experience within fashion, retail, or eCommerce environments
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability
- Commercial mindset with the ability to influence decision-making through insights
- Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving business
- Confident communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration
