ECOMMERCE MANAGER | BRISBANE (HYBRID) | FASHION


This is a permanent full-time 5 days per week (4 days in-office).

A leading fashion brand is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to oversee the strategy, performance, and optimisation of its ecommerce platforms across multiple markets. This role is responsible for delivering seamless, conversion-focused online experiences while driving revenue growth and customer retention.

Working closely with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, CRM, creative, customer service, development, and operations, the successful candidate will manage day-to-day ecommerce trading, site performance, and digital optimisation initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Oversee daily ecommerce operations including product uploads, pricing, collections, promotions, and on-site merchandising.
  • Manage promotional campaigns, landing pages, and customer-facing content across multiple regional websites.
  • Drive conversion optimisation initiatives including CRO testing, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and customer journey improvements.
  • Analyse ecommerce performance and provide actionable insights across key metrics including traffic, conversion, AOV, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver ecommerce projects, platform enhancements, and integrations.
  • Support SEO and on-site optimisation initiatives to improve visibility and performance.
  • Ensure websites remain compliant with relevant policies, regulations, and best-practice user experience standards.
  • Prepare reporting and performance insights for senior leadership.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Proven experience managing ecommerce platforms within a fashion, retail, DTC, or omnichannel environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive online growth and optimise digital performance.
  • Experience with Shopify Plus and ecommerce tools such as GA4, Shopify Analytics, CRM platforms, and customer service integrations.
  • Understanding of CRO, UX best practices, A/B testing, and digital merchandising.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
