The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution — from developing campaign concepts and managing agencies through to refining creative, reviewing copy and driving commercial performance.
You will play a key role in shaping how the brand looks, feels and performs online, ensuring a consistent and premium experience across all digital touchpoints including website, social media, email marketing and paid channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Australia and the United States.
- Own campaign calendars across seasonal moments, product launches and key trading periods.
- Translate business goals into clear marketing strategies, creative briefs and measurable outcomes.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, execution and reporting.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Manage external agencies, freelancers and creative partners across content, paid media, photography and copywriting.
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand direction, timelines and performance expectations.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
Creative Direction & Brand Consistency
- Maintain a cohesive premium brand identity across all digital channels.
- Review and guide creative output including imagery, video, layouts and campaign assets.
- Act as a key guardian of visual storytelling and online brand presentation.
Content & Communications
- Oversee content and copy across social media, website, EDMs and campaign assets.
- Proofread and refine copy to ensure consistency, tone of voice and brand alignment.
- Brief writers and creatives effectively to deliver engaging, high-performing content.
Channel Management
- Oversee day-to-day performance across social media, email marketing, website and paid media channels.
- Collaborate with design and eCommerce teams to ensure campaigns are integrated across the customer journey.
- Ensure the website remains visually engaging, conversion-focused and aligned to current campaigns.
*** Performance & Reporting**
- Track campaign and channel performance against KPIs.
- Analyse customer acquisition, engagement and ROI metrics to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with founders and senior stakeholders to align marketing strategy with broader business goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members where required.
- Act as a senior marketing voice within the business.
REQUIREMENTS +
Essential Experience & Skills
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within premium consumer, lifestyle, retail or gifting brands.
- Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong experience managing agencies and creative stakeholders.
- Excellent creative judgement with a strong eye for premium visual presentation.
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
- Hands-on experience across social media, email marketing and digital campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of website merchandising, campaign integration and customer journey optimisation.
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, timelines and performance outcomes.
Highly Regarded
- Experience within premium, luxury or lifestyle-led brands.
- Exposure to international markets, particularly the United States.
- Experience with Shopify, Omnisend or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
- Experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Understanding of SEO, UX and conversion-focused digital marketing principles.
